Ram Probe for Electro-Ejaculator

I ordered the pictured ram probe, which I used this brand many times while in college. The one we use was just like the pictured probe. Black, smooth. The one I got however, white, rough as a cob, and caused ever animal I tried it on to bleed. It seems to have been made in someone's kitchen and made out of plaster or something.
Now that said, I did see a silver lining. I figured if this was something made on the fly out of plaster, maybe they could custom make one as this one is too long for the yearling bucks I am freezing semen on. So, I called allvet to see if they could put me in contact with the manufacturer so I could ask about a custom shorter one, then I could simply sand the plaster to make it smooth.
NOOP. Allvet simply told me the manufacturer would not be interested in making a custom one. Wouldn't let me ask them for myself and tell them what I was looking for, just right off the bat shot it down.

Now, I am sure the web team at allvet will delete this review as soon as as they see it so I no one else will see it, but this review is more for the allvet team than for other customers anyway.

Allvet, I have bought a descent amount of products from you in the past, but being so UN helpful in this matter. You have just lost a customer. I wonder how many other customers you have lost due to you unwillingness to help the customer.
