30 day Money back Guarantee and Return policy on all unused products.
If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us to receive an RA #. This RA # must be clearly written on the return package. We will credit your card account the purchase price less the original shipping charges after we have received the merchandise. If the item(s) being returned had free shipping, a fee of $3-$8 will be deducted from your refund. This covers our original shipping costs. The exact amount to be deducted is determined by the item being returned. You must receive an RA # before returning product. Merchandise returned without RA numbers will not be accepted and customer will not receive a refund. Items must be returned in original manufacturer packaging, new, unused, unmarked and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a credit.

There will be NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS ON ANY PRODUCT. ALSO, THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, PRODUCTS REQUIRING REFRIGERATION AS WELL AS ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT SUCH AS ELECTROJACS, ULTRASOUNDS, CATTLE WEIGHING SYSTEMS, NEBULIZERS, MICROSCOPES AND X-RAY UNITS.
Please note that the customer is reponsible for all taxes and duties on all international orders. Customers are also reponsible for making sure the ordered product(s) is allowed into their respective countries. If a product is returned due customs issues, the customer will be responsible for any return freight incurred.
Damaged Products must be reported to carriers and All Veterinary Supply within 72 hours of receiving: UPS:800-742-5877, FedEx:800-Go-FEDEX. and All Veterinary Supply 305-599-6125.
Incomplete/Incorrect orders must be reported to All Veterinary Supply at email@example.com or 305-599-6125 within 48 hours of delivery.
Please allow 7-14 days for credits to appear on your credit card or paypal account. Credit for returned items will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
