Urine Off Odor & Stain Remover for Cats 32oz

After reading other reviews, I’ve tried it and it works by not smelling to flowery as other brands. We can trust it on sofa cushion covers, the padding/cushion itself, rugs, etc. We have a male marking cat after introducing another male cat. We tried another popular brand but after dousing the fabric with the other brand, an overpowering flowery smell stayed. But with urine-off, not so. The process we use is removing the cushion cover, dousing it with urine-off, spraying it with hot water and letting it sit for about 30 mins in a sink. then into a washer with standard detergent. Pee smell goes away!

It works pretty well for small, already dried urine odors but if it’s still wet it seems to actually perpetuate the smell and increase the area with each subsequent application. What started as a 2 inch by 5 inch area smelling of urine on carpet grew to 24 inches by 24 inches!!! It took over 14 applications using almost a 1/2 gallon of liquid for that one small spot. And although the room no longer smells, if you get within 6 inches of the carpet you still get a mild smell of urine. I had better luck with removing the smell completely on spots that had already dried though they required up to 12 applications. I can only comment on odor as I never had a stain. This also included suggestions from customer service.
